Gâteau au chocolat à la courgette

The ingredients for a cake of 8 people:
- 200 g dark chocolate to bake
- 3 eggs
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 small zucchini
- 70 g of flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until your mixture whitens slightly. Wash and peel the zucchini, grate it very finely then add it to the preparation. Pour the melted chocolate, mix, then add the flour, the baking powder and salt. Mix well. Pour it in a cake pan. As the recipe does not contain butter, we advise you not to butter beforehand the mold, it almost does not catch. Bake 25 minutes. And here you have a cake soft, light and healthy, enjoy!
