The ingredients for 1 Buddha Bowl

  • 1 dozen blueberries
  • 6 to 8 raspberries
  • 2-3 strawberries
  • 1/2 natural yoghurt
  • 1 spoon of brown sugar
  • 1 spoon of chia seeds
  • 1 biscuit (Spéculoos for example)
  • 1 spoon of oatmeal
  • 3 spoon of almond milk

Recipe

In a bowl, mix yoghurt, almond milk, chia seeds and sugar. Reserve. Rinse the fruit with clear water and cut the strawberries into pieces. Empty the biscuit in a lid container. Place a few fruits on top and pour in the yoghurt mixture. Add oatmeal and decorate with fresh fruit. Close the bot well and keep it cool until tasting.
