For 6 people, you need: 500 g strawberries, half lemon, 4 eggs, 250 g mascarpone, 180 g sugar, 12 spoon biscuits. It is advisable to prepare this dessert at least 2 hours in advance.


Place the biscuits in a dish. Wash and cut the strawberries into quarters, then arrange them in a dish. Sprinkle strawberries with lemon juice and 30 grams of sugar. Crush the strawberries using a fork. Then put this preparation in sufficient quantity on the biscuits in order to soak them thoroughly. Put it in the fridge. Meanwhile, separate the yolks and the whites from the eggs. Beats the yolks with 120 g of sugar until bleaching the mixture. Add the mascarpone and mix. Put the whites in the snow and add the 30 grams of sugar. Gently incorporates snow whites into the yellow-sugar-mascarpone mixture. Pour the preparation on the soaked biscuits. Pour the remainder of the ' grout ' over it. Put it in the cooler!
