Smoothie bonne mine
Filled with beta-carotene and fresh flavors, this smoothie will make you climb the pink (and tan) to the cheeks! It is tomato-based which is the ideal leak: The tomato is rich in vitamins A, B, C and E and also contains B-carotene that prepares the skin for tanning. vcenter">
To make 3 smoothies, you need: 250g strawberries, 2 well ripe tomatoes, 15cl of carrot juice, 1/2 lemon, 2 Pinch of salt, a few leaves of basil, a dozen ice cubes.
You must first equip yourself with a blender to mix the fruits. Wash the tomatoes and strawberries well. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the tails from the strawberries before putting all the fruit in the blender. Add the juice of half a yellow lemon and 20 cl of carrot juice for its sweet taste and also for the B-carotene contained in the carrots that promotes tanning! Finish by putting some basil leaves and ice cubes in the blender. Mix until a smooth juice is obtained. Serve fresh!

You can serve the smoothie immediately and enjoy it at the aperitif by adding a little salt. You can also make small verrines that you decorate with basil leaves!
