Before sleeping, does not eat too light or too copious. Prefers slow sugars like pasta, rice, wheat... Some plants can promote sleep. We recommend an infusion of chamomile, verbena, orange blossom, lime tree or valerian 30 minutes before bedtime. If you don't like herbal teas, drink a small glass of hot milk with 1 tablespoon of honey. It's a grandmother's cure known for her soothing powers.
Exercise early in the evening. This helps to relieve stress and produce endorphins that help create a sense of well-being. The best time to train is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Later, your temperature and adrenaline level will be too high to sleep. Then you can take a bath to relax. Turn off your electronic devices, do not smoke or drink alcohol at least two hours before bedtime. The bedtime ritual can be essential to fall asleep quickly. You can read or listen to music. Lie down at the slightest sign of sleep (yawning, stiff neck, etc.).
The layout of your room
You can spread a few drops of true lavender essential oil in your room, 30 minutes before going to sleep. If you don't have a diffuser, you can drop a drop on your pillow.
