Pudding à la banane et aux graines de Chia
Chia seeds are from Mexico. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, potassium and calcium. They have virtues for the heart, bones and teeth. They facilitate transit and help to lose weight. Chia seeds are small but very good for our health. So don't hesitate to use it.
- 25cl of vegetable milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 1 soup spoon of agave syrup
- 3 soup poon of Chia seed
Mix the vegetable milk with the banana, the agave syrup and the vanilla extract.
Add the Chia seeds and mix so they don't stick together.
Spill into two bowls or ramekins and let stand 4 hours in the refrigerator
